Hi, I’m Alessandro — a Product Design Leader with a strong foundation in UX/UI and 10+ years of cross-industry experience. I specialise in crafting data-driven human-centred solutions that align business objectives with exceptional digital experiences. I’ve led agile design teams, facilitated cross-functional workshops, and scaled design systems in fast-paced environments. I find purpose in delivering impactful solutions that elevate everyday user experiences while driving business outcomes.

Research, Strategy, Content, and Interaction Design are at my core.

I offer a range of experience in managing projects, clients, designers and developers in a variety of industries. My strongest driver is designing solutions that can have a tangible impact in people’s lives.

About my process

I use design thinking and agile methodologies to approach and solve problems. The double diamond method is a great way to get results that match user’s needs, feasibility and business requirements.*

It is fundamental to clarify that this is a method and not the method. I believe there is no one size fits all approach, this is why deep understanding and adaptability are crucial. I also use other methodologies and if necessary blend them or craft my own. Some of the tools I use the most include: benchmarking, competitor analysis, heuristic evaluation, affinity mapping, user stories, user journeys, user flows, storyboarding, rapid prototyping, wireframing.
