About me

Hi, I’m Alessandro — I am a hybrid UX/UI Specialist working at the intersection of User Research, Strategy, and Experience Design. This allows me to effectively tackle complex problems meeting user and business needs using agile methodology.

I offer a range of experience in managing projects, clients, designers and developers in a variety of industries. My strongest driver is designing solutions that can have a tangible impact in people’s lives.

Research, Strategy, Content, and Interaction Design are at my core.

I like working in a collaborative way but I’m also able to be independently resourceful when faced with challenges. I enjoy being part of a dynamic work environment where my professionalism, skills, charisma and willingness to grow can be proven and rewarded.

I’m passionate especially about Food, Hospitality, Travel, Health, Education, Sport, Sustainable and Social Impact industries.

About my process

I use design thinking and agile methodologies to approach and solve problems. The double diamond method is a great way to get results that match user’s needs, feasibility and business requirements.*

It is fundamental to clarify that this is a method and not the method. I believe there is no one size fits all approach, this is why deep understanding and adaptability are crucial. I also use other methodologies and if necessary blend them or craft my own. Some of the tools I use the most include: benchmarking, competitor analysis, heuristic evaluation, affinity mapping, user stories, user journeys, user flows, storyboarding, rapid prototyping, wireframing.
